At Know Money Inc., we envision a world where the curse of generational poverty no longer exists.
As a first generation Jamaican-American, Know Money Inc. Founder Steven Hughes watched his parents work tirelessly to provide for their family of seven. But without a proper financial education themselves, there was little sound financial advice that could be passed on to the Hughes' clan. After enduring evictions, repossessions, and a barrage of chilling creditor calls throughout his college career, Steven decided to become more proactive about improving his finances. This is how Know Money was born.
